RAISBERRY -> raspberry Pi + AIS Receiver
For our softwareprojects we need reliable ais data streams that are transmitted in realtime. Because no of the devices we found on the market where really good, we decided to create our own device. We integrated an high perfomance ais receiver from SRT into an Raispberry PI 3. The result is a well performing AIS IoT device, which is cheap and reliable and can be installed in ports or at the coastline and can send ais and other sensor data to our servers for processing. the raisberry Motion GPS is an enhanced version that also has an integrated GPS Receiver. This version is perfect for IoT projects on board of ships to measure speed, motions and ais messages from ships that are around.
